Juha Palokangas
Hendrik Hindov
Hendrik Hindov has more than 25 years of experience in finance, financial management and corporate leadership. Throughout his career, he has held senior positions as CFO, CEO and Board Member in several international companies, including Nexia AnsonBaer, TSM AS and Bamboo Group. He has extensive expertise in financial management, corporate structuring, due diligence, as well as mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Patrik Nordström
Patrik Nordström has over 30 years of international experience in the process and manufacturing industries. He is responsible for operations and development across the Nordic BioPower Group, including the facilities in Davidstad and Höganäs. His background includes senior production roles at Imerys, Calderys and Nordkalk, with extensive experience in biofuels, energy optimisation and production management.
Rickard Heed
Rickard Heed is a business-oriented leader with 20 years of experience in production, marketing, and business development within the energy and recycling sectors.
Before joining Nordic BioPower, he built a biochar plant for NSR in Helsingborg. He has been active in the recycling industry since 2011, focusing on production expansions in both new and existing markets. He began his career at Scania’s foundry in Södertälje.
Kimmo Kamppinen
Jarkko Haarala
Jarkko Haarala is responsible for logistics and production planning and site services at Nordic BioPower’s Davidstad facility. Jarkko has also responsibilities in B2C business.
Teemu Kivimäki
Teemu Kivimäki has over 20 years of experience in B2B sales, energy efficiency, and energy engineering within energy-intensive industries. He has a solution-focused approach and a strong commercial understanding of industrial energy systems.
Before joining Nordic BioPower, he spent more than 10 years working for energy infrastructure companies in several positions, including sales and key account management. Earlier in his career, he worked for AFRY for over 10 years in various roles related to the energy industry.
George Johnny Capor
George Johnny Capor, Chairman of the Board of Nordic BioPower, has over 30 years of international experience as a corporate executive, CFO and strategic advisor. He has served as Group CFO and Deputy CEO of KF, with responsibility for finance, banking, real estate and investments in a group of more than 8,000 employees and a turnover of EUR 3.5 billion. George has extensive experience in international M&A, financial restructuring and investment management, and has held senior board positions at Folksam and Andra AP-fonden.
Christer Elmehagen
Christer Elmehagen is a Swedish business executive with a background in law, economics and as a reserve officer. He served as CEO of the pension fund AMF Pension from 1998 to 2008 and currently holds several board positions in the private sector, including Chairman of Optimalprint A/S. He has also served as Chairman of Micronic AB.
Christer is Vice Chairman of the Swedish Employers’ Association for Insurance Companies and a board member of the Swedish Insurance Federation.
Helen Jegerstedt
Helen Jegerstedt, Board member of Nordic BioPower, has an extensive background in property and business development. She has previously served as CEO of Årehus AB, Duved Framtid AB and Brolägdan Holding AB. Helen has also worked in green venture capital through EkoNord Invest and held executive roles in both media and real estate management, including as CEO of Länstidningen Östersund.
She has broad board experience from leading real estate companies such as Wihlborgs, Fabege and Klövern, as well as public appointments including Vice Chair of Lantmäteriet.
Jakob Kinde
Jakob Kinde is a Swedish national based in London. He is the founder of AFI and has over 40 years of experience in corporate finance and renewable energy, including roles at Samuel Montagu (now HSBC), Kleinwort Benson and Libertas Capital. He has completed transactions with a total value exceeding USD 80 billion, of which USD 6 billion were in the renewable energy sector.
